My superdrive works only well with CD(read & burn) but as soon as I introduce a DVD (all format) it is ejected after 15 secondes.I wonder if the superdrive is out of order or if I have something to do. I try it on macbook air and IMAC with the same result

This reply will just add to the mystery but anyway here it is. A friend asked me to show her how to use a new superdrive with her Air. "Glad to I" replied.
But the superdrive spit out any DVD (Region 1.) Attaching the superdrive to my iMac led to the same result. I thought that this indicated a faulty mechanism. "Take it back to the Apple Store and get a new one" was my advice.
But at the Apple Store somebody said that they could fix it. Unfortunately the story gets murky here as my friend could not tell me what was done except that it involved making some sort of software adjustment. And now it works normally. Reading well between the lines, it may have something to do with Regions. As in this support article: DVD Player: About DVD-Video regions - Apple Support. The choose a region dialogue box never same up during my attempts.
The fact that it can work well with CDs doesn't prove anything about its DVD reading/burning.
Maybe you could tell us what sort of Mac you have, how long you have had the superdrive, whether it is has worked properly with DVDs for a long time or if it's brand new, and what region you and your discs live in. The information below your question doesn't tell us much. You mention DVD Studio Pro. Do you do something professional with DVDs?
